Communion is observed the first Sunday of each month. All are welcome to partake.

Sunday School: 9:30 AM

All children 4 years-old through 8th grade are welcome! Sunday School meets each Sunday morning at 9:30 am to 10:20 am from mid-September to mid-May. Last Supper Drama

The annual Last Supper Drama will be held at St. John’s UCC at 8 pm on Palm Sunday, March 24. . The production features a monologue of each disciple and their relationship with Christ. In addition to the in-person production, we are pleased to provide a live stream at the St. John’s UCC Faribault, MN YouTube page

Nerstrand Community Male Chorus

Nerstrand Community Male Chorus will again be singing at our Community Lenten Mid-week services. We will sing for 5 weeks beginning Wed., Feb. 21. Choir rehearsals are held each Monday evening at 7:00 pm at the church hosting the mid-week service. All male singers are invited to join us.

Lenten Book Study

Pastor Gary will be leading another weekly Lenten book study this year. The book selected is, He Chose the Nails: What God Did to Win Your Heart by Max Lucado.

The study group will meet on Wednesday evenings, beginning February 21st at 5 pm at Nerstrand UMC, and Thursday evenings at St. John’s UCC at 7 pm. The same chapters will be discussed on Wednesdays and Thursdays of the same week. Pastor Gary is offering two options for meeting locations and times to accommodate schedules.

Online Bible Devotional – Daily in the Word 365

Begins January 1st!

Second Saturday Quilters

Next Meeting: Saturday, March 9th at 9 am at St. John’s UCC

Deb will teach the Celtic Twist Block. You will need 5 fat quarters, (1 – white or light color for the background, and 4 quarters in varying shades of green), sewing machine, cutting tools and general sewing supplies.

Second Saturday Quilters is open to people from all churches and their friends. This fun bunch of quilters meets the second Saturday of each month except during the summer. Wood Carving Class
